Graduated from Hacettepe University, Department of Nutrition and Dietetics in 2007. She had the opportunity to be a visiting student at Oxford Brookes University and also volunteered at the glycemic index laboratory. In 2020, she successfully completed the Clinical Psychology Master's program at Kent University, focusing her project on 'Eating Addiction'. In 2022, she obtained her master's degree in Applied Psychology from Haliç University, with her thesis investigating 'The relationship between Attachment Styles in Women and Intuitive Eating and Eating Awareness'. Currently, she is pursuing a PhD program in Nutrition and Dietetics at Acıbadem University.
Following her graduation, Gizem worked as the Chief of Nutrition and Diet Department at a private German Hospital for a period of two years. Subsequently, she served as a dietitian in a private oncology center and private dialysis centers for one year. Presently, she holds the position of Lead Dietitian at Fit Brokoli, where she manages the dietitian team and has been providing individual consultancy services in her own office since 2010.
Gizem Şeber is an esteemed member of the Turkish Dietetic Association, the Sustainable Living Association, and the American Psychological Association. Moreover, she is the representative of the American Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics in Türkiye.
